Shipping policy

  • Orders received Monday through Friday by 3:00pm EST will ship out the same day.  Orders do not ship on Saturday
  • Orders are shipped via USPS
  • Transition Pharmacy Services only ships EnteraGam® orders within the United States and it’s territories.
  • Transition Pharmacy Services does not require a signature for delivery. It is at the discretion of the delivery service to obtain signature for a delivery or leave a package at your door where it may be subject to theft. Transition Pharmacy Services and Entera Health are not responsible for stolen orders.
  • Your credit card is authorized upon checkout. Authorization confirms the funds are available and places the funds on hold.  Your credit card is not charged until the order has shipped.
  • Once your order is placed you will be emailed an order confirmation.
  • After your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number and a link to click on and track your order.
