SHIPPING

  • Orders received Monday-Friday by 2pm EST will ship out the same day.  Transition Pharmacy Services does not ship on Saturday.
  • Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
  • Transition Pharmacy Services only ships within the United States and its territories.
  • Transition Pharmacy Services ships to APO/FPO and post office boxes.
  • Shipments do not require a signature for delivery.  It is at the discretion of the delivery service to obtain a signature or leave a package at your door/porch/mailbox/po box, mail room, etc where it may be subject to theft.  The shipper or the makers of EnteraGam are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
  • Your method of payment (credit/debit card) is authorized upon checkout.  Authorization confirms funds are available and places the funds on hold.  Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships.
  • You will receive an email order confirmation which includes tracking information and a link to track your package.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

  • After an order is marked complete/has left the facility, cancelling the order is not permissible. 

  • In adherence to our quality assurance standards, Transition Pharmacy Services can’t accept returns.
  • Orders confirmed tracked and delivered to the correct address are not eligible for refund.  Customers should place a claim with the mail carrier to be reimbursed for orders lost/damaged in the mail.

      Intended Use

      EnteraGam® is a medical food product intended for the dietary management of chronic diarrhea and loose stools. EnteraGam® must be administered under medical supervision.
